Singareni Collieries mandates biometric attendance

Hyderabad: Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) has turned focus on improving the work culture in the organisation, which hitherto has been deeply engaged in improving production. The company is taking key measures to streamline the work culture, said N Balaram, Chairman and Managing Director, SCCL.

Special attention has been paid to the time management of wotkers and officers in their work places. He reacted strongly to the complaints received by the surveillance units that some people working in the mines and offices are shown present in the records even if they do not attend office. He also warned that action will be taken if the officials concerned do not inspect the work places in the underground mines on a daily basis. To this extent, he issued an announcement from Singareni Bhawan, Hyderabad on Tuesday.
